You can savor a variety of foods including seasonal hot-pots and shabu-shabu made with specially selected Yonezawa beef. Sanjusangendo also serves fine liquor produced in Yamagata. The restaurant has small and large Japanese-style private rooms with tatami-mat flooring. The small rooms are suitable for family gatherings while the larger ones can accommodate parties of up to 160 people.
